Overview
Lighting Management is a South Florida commercial lighting and electrical contractor. I rebuilt most of its website, including a new home page, 13 service pages and industry pages, handled the SEO and speed work, and rebuilt its logo as a proper vector brand kit.
Outcomes
The challenge
The site ran on a stock electrician theme with demo content still indexed, placeholder service pages copied from each other, heavy images, and a logo that only existed as low-resolution PNGs.
What I did
Home page
Rebuilt the home page (services, stats, clients, testimonials, plans) with an AI-produced hero and appointment buttons that open the site’s booking form.
Service and industry pages
Wrote a page builder script and used it to rebuild or create the About, Contact, Industries and Property Managers pages and the service pages from the client’s own content.
Navigation
Restructured the menu around 13 ordered services with a consistent service sub-nav on every service page.
SEO
Wrote and pushed new titles and meta descriptions for 27 pages, and removed indexed demo content.
Speed
Re-encoded and resized 52 images to WebP.
Brand kit
Rebuilt the logo as a vector master (SVG, PDF, EPS) with a full set of lockups and color versions.
