Inventure Real Estate
Positioning and a landing page for a construction owner’s rep firm.
A landing page for a service most buyers don’t know exists
Aimed at doctors, dentists and business owners about to build
Overview
Inventure Real Estate represents owners through commercial construction projects. I designed and built a landing page for its owner’s representation service, aimed at doctors, dentists and business owners who are about to build and don’t know the role exists.

The challenge
Owner’s representation is a service most prospects have never heard of, so they never search for it. The existing service page explained the offer but didn’t sell it.

What I did
Competitive teardown
Took apart a best-in-class competitor and kept three moves worth borrowing: a one-sentence hero, numbered claims instead of feature cards, and a sticky project list for proof.
Design system
Extracted the site’s own design system (type, color, buttons, forms) and built against it so the page feels native.
Story structure
Held back the term “owner’s representative” until the second scroll: the promise, five numbered reasons, the three places an unrepresented owner pays twice, the six-step service, then the proof.
Proof audit
Listed only projects documented as owner’s representation engagements, so every claim traces back to real work.
